Felipe is a PhD student at KTH (EECS) based at SciLifeLab. His research focuses on multimodal deep learning for spatial transcriptomics, integrating histology and spatial gene expression data to improve biological insight and prediction. He is particularly interested in optimal transport for cross-modal alignment and generative AI for spatial omics representation learning.
