Miranda Lab Machine Learning & Image-based profiling

Research

How can artificial intelligence help us understand living systems?

At our lab, we develop machine learning approaches that integrate imaging and omics data to uncover the principles governing cellular behavior. Our research spans image-based profiling, multimodal learning, computational biology, and biomedical AI, with applications ranging from fundamental biology to disease diagnosis and therapeutic discovery.
