Jen-Hung is a PhD student at KTH (EECS) based at SciLifeLab. His research focuses on self-supervised learning for multiplexed imaging, with an emphasis on single-cell segmentation, morphological representation learning, and spatial tissue analysis. He is particularly interested in developing robust and transferable models that capture cellular and spatial variation across tissue types and imaging modalities, as well as scalable tools for end-to-end spatial biology workflows.
